3. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time your order is placed.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing your purchase and provide the option to proceed or receive a full refund.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
All orders are subject to product availability and payment approval.
Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after your order has been submitted.
If you need to request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sunofabeach.com.au. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised resale or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Shipping
Shipping information, delivery estimates and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
Sun of a Beach is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or other third-party delivery services.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.
6. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, we may accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise under Australian Consumer Law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. This reporting timeframe does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, limits or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer promotional discounts, special offers or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
• only one discount code may be used per order;
• discount codes cannot be combined with other offers;
• promotions cannot be applied retrospectively;
• promotions have no cash value.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
